WLS無(wu)(wu)軸(zhou)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)主(zhu)要用于廢水處理，造紙(zhi)業、化(hua)(hua)學工業垃(la)圾(ji)等行業輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)站附性較強的(de)(de)物料，糊狀(zhuang)粘稠物料（如化(hua)(hua)工原(yuan)料、廢紙(zhi)漿、麥芽(ya)、污泥等）以(yi)及易纏繞(rao)物料（如生活垃(la)圾(ji)），具有(you)   優勢(shi)。所以(yi)無(wu)(wu)軸(zhou)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)又稱防(fang)纏繞(rao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)、垃(la)圾(ji)處理輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)。WLS無(wu)(wu)軸(zhou)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)原(yuan)理上與(yu)一般(ban)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)基本相同(tong)，只是在結構上螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)體有(you)帶(dai)軸(zhou)與(yu)不帶(dai)軸(zhou)的(de)(de)區(qu)別。無(wu)(wu)軸(zhou)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)材質有(you)普通碳鋼和不銹鋼。

主要由動(dong)力裝(zhuang)置、頭(tou)部裝(zhuang)配、機(ji)殼、無軸(zhou)螺旋體、耐(nai)磨襯(chen)板、進料口(kou)、出料口(kou)、機(ji)蓋（需要時）、底座等組成。 

1、WLS無軸螺旋輸送機(ji)驅(qu)動裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)：采用擺線(xian)針輪(lun)輪(lun)減速機(ji)或(huo)軸裝(zhuang)(zhuang)式(shi)硬齒面齒輪(lun)減速機(ji)，設計(ji)時應(ying)盡(jin)可能將驅(qu)動裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)設在(zai)(zai)出(chu)料(liao)口端，使螺旋體在(zai)(zai)運(yun)轉時處(chu)在(zai)(zai)受拉狀態。

2、WLS無軸(zhou)螺旋輸送機頭部裝(zhuang)配有推力(li)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)，可承(cheng)(cheng)受輸送物料時產生的軸(zhou)向力(li)。

3、WLS無軸螺旋輸送機機殼：機殼為U型(xing)，上(shang)部加機蓋（需要時），材質有不銹鋼(gang)或(huo)(huo)碳鋼(gang)或(huo)(huo)玻璃鋼(gang)。

4、WLS無(wu)軸螺(luo)旋(xuan)輸送(song)機(ji)無(wu)軸螺(luo)旋(xuan)體：材質為不銹鋼或耐磨鋼。

5、WLS無軸螺(luo)旋輸(shu)送機耐磨襯板：耐磨的非金屬材料。

6、WLS無(wu)軸螺旋(xuan)輸(shu)送(song)機進、出(chu)料口：有方(fang)形和(he)圓形兩(liang)種，用戶無(wu)要(yao)求時(shi)按方(fang)形的(de)供貨。

WLS型無軸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)原(yuan)理(li)上與(yu)一般螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)基本相同：即如同一根旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉的(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)軸，帶動(dong)(dong)一個(ge)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)母沿其軸向(xiang)移動(dong)(dong)一樣，無軸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)體相當于(yu)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)軸，物料相當于(yu)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)母，當螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)體連(lian)續(xu)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉時則物料也連(lian)續(xu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)。無軸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)體為較厚的(de)帶狀葉片，通過無軸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)端驅動(dong)(dong)，中間無軸，螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)體與(yu)機(ji)(ji)殼(ke)內(nei)壁底部襯(chen)板(ban)接觸（滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)）。
